Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
Explain project details, offers, and services to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
