Position: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage front-desk operations at our real estate office/site. The role requires being the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and coordinating effectively with the sales, housekeeping, and pantry teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

 Understand visitor requirements and coordinate promptly with the sales team

 Manage visitor entry logs and maintain accurate records

 Handle incoming calls and basic front-office inquiries

 Ensure reception, meeting rooms, and common areas are well-maintained and presentable

 Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff for cleanliness and office upkeep

Candidate Requirements:

 Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

 Well-groomed, presentable, and client-oriented personality

 Strong interpersonal, coordination, and multitasking skills

 Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, visitor management systems)

Qualification & Experience:

 Graduate preferred

 1–3 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or customer service

 Experience in real estate or a similar client-facing industry is an advantage Key Traits
