Coway India is seeking a visionary Sales Strategy Manager to architect and manage our direct selling sales organization in Andheri East, Mumbai. You will build the "backbone" of our sales team by recruiting and training a network of Health Planners (HP) and Health Managers (HM).
Team Building: Recruit and manage a scalable structure of Independent Agents (HPs) and Contractual Managers (HMs).
Structure Management: Ensure each Health Manager leads a team of 10 to 15 active HPs and implement "Spin-off" models for expansion.
Strategy & Operations: Oversee MRP-based commission schemes and adjust incentive tiers to maximize productivity.
Training: Deliver comprehensive product and sales technique training while cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in managers.
Compliance: Ensure all activities strictly align with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and Indian Labor Laws.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Sales Strategy, Direct Selling, or Sales Management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
Skills: Proven track record in building large-scale teams and analyzing complex commission structures.
Communication: Excellent English (mandatory); proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is preferred.
