We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Digital Sales Officers. In this role, you will promote and sell banking and financial products through digital platforms. You must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, or digital channels

• Understand customer needs and explain relevant banking products (accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.)

• Pitch and sell financial products to new and existing customers

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships

• Update CRM tools and share reports with the team

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding or issue resolution

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of banking and digital tools

• Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Confidence in speaking over the phone or video

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with sales experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Comfortable working in a digital/tele-sales environment
