Role Overview
The Sr. Inside Sales Executive is responsible for following up on MQLs, converting them into SQLs, and passing qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager for closures.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Make 30 cold calls/day via IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Google Ads leads & B2B portals.
Send 30 prospecting emails/day to potential customers.
Convert MQLs → SQLs through consistent follow-ups.
Update and maintain all lead activities in FMS/CRM.
Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Achieve targeted MQL to SQL conversion ratio.
Ensure 100% accurate and timely FMS lead updates.
Share weekly insights on campaign performance, conversion rates & ROI.

Component Details
Fixed Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Variable / Incentives ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per quarter
Basis of Incentive MQL→SQL conversion, revenue contribution
