Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Admissions with experience in selling online MBA, BBA, BCA, and other UG/PG programs. The role involves counselling students, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into enrollments through effective communication and relationship building.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students via inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms.

  • Counsel students and parents on online MBA, BBA, BCA, and other graduation & master’s programs.

  • Clearly explain course features, eligibility criteria, fees, university credentials, and career benefits.

  • Guide students through the complete admission lifecycle – enquiry to successful enrollment.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

  • Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for application processing and documentation.

  • Participate in webinars, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.

  • Share market insights and student feedback to improve counselling and sales strategies.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.

  • Proven experience in selling online education programs (MBA/BBA/BCA preferred).

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.

  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Office.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, Marketing preferred).

  • 6 months –3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or business development in EdTech or education industry.

  • Experience in online degree admissions will be a strong advantage.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
