Key Responsibilities:
Receive and handle inbound calls from leads generated by the company
Understand learner requirements and recommend appropriate courses/programs
Counsel students and working professionals regarding career growth and learning paths
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits clearly
Follow up on interested candidates to ensure enrolment closure
Maintain call logs, lead details, and conversion updates in CRM
Achieve assigned enrollment and conversion targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of learners
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Experience in inbound calling, counselling, or inside sales
Ability to handle objections and close enrollments
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Education & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in EdTech, counselling,
