Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about products/services, and persuading customers to take desired actions. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

2. Explain products/services clearly and effectively.

3. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

4. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

5. Achieve daily/weekly targets.

Job Requirements:

1. Higher Secondary or Graduate (any stream)

2. Fresher candidates are welcome

3. Good English communication skills

4. Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
