Salary:

₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to handle business development and sales operations in the North Bengal Zone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across the assigned locations.

Candidates from the pest control industry will be preferred. Applicants with basic knowledge of pest control services, customer requirements, and local market understanding may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business in Siliguri, Cooch Behar, Kokrajhar, and Jaigaon

• Identify new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners

• Visit market areas regularly to generate leads and close deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable pest control solutions

• Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth execution

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Prepare sales reports and update management on business progress

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales and business development

• Pest control background preferred

• Candidates with basic knowledge of pest control can also apply

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel across assigned territories

• Strong target-oriented and field-sales mindset

• Ability to build local market connections and generate business
