Collection Executive

💼 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Manage field sales, loan sourcing, and collections in your assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure timely collections and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

• Report daily/weekly performance and market feedback to the manager.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹18,500 per month (₹1.8 – 2.2 LPA CTC)

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹40,000/month

• Allowances: Petrol allowance up to ₹4,000/month

• Insurance & Benefits:

  • Group Mediclaim: ₹1 Lakh (Self, Spouse & Children)

  • Group Personal Accident Insurance: ₹20 Lakhs

  • Group Term Life Insurance: ₹10 Lakhs

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduates preferred (HSC candidates only if experienced in sales/microfinance).

• Experience: Freshers welcome; minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.

• Age: 20 – 31 years.

• Local Candidates Only: Must belong to the job location.

• Other Requirements:

  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

  • Willing to report in early morning sessions.
