Key Responsibilities and Duties
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to improve performance.
Sales Strategy:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet company goals and expand customer base

Performance Management: Setting quotas, tracking KPIs, and conducting performance reviews.
Forecasting & Reporting: Preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Operational Execution: Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient processes, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Leadership: Strong team-building, coaching, and motivational skills.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
