Manage the relationship with bank branch staff to drive Life Insurance business.
Generate leads through bank walk-ins, customer database, and branch activities.
Conduct regular product training and support bank employees in selling life insurance.
Achieve monthly sales targets—premium collection, business growth, and persistency.
Handle customer queries, provide need-based solutions, and ensure smooth policy issuance.
Maintain strong rapport with branch managers and bank sales teams.
Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement events.
Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and company policies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Life Insurance products (Term, ULIP, Savings, Retirement).
Ability to drive sales through influence and coordination.
Goal-oriented with good negotiation & presentation skills.
Banking or insurance background preferred.
Graduate (Any stream)
