Service Provider Associate / Service Provider Manager

About the Role

We are hiring Service Provider Associates and Service Provider Managers for IndiaMART.com B2B sales operations. The role focuses on acquiring new business clients, selling IndiaMART paid subscription plans, and building long-term relationships with SMEs, manufacturers, traders, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell IndiaMART.com paid subscription packages and value-added services

• Identify potential business customers and convert them into paid plan subscribers

• Close sales through field visits, cold calling, telephonic/online presentations

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IndiaMART solutions

• Follow up with clients for paid plan conversion and payments

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

• Share regular sales performance reports and market feedback with management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Freshers may apply if sales-oriented)

• Experience: Experience Range (Freshers may apply if sales-oriented)

• Preferred experience in B2B Sales / Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Subscription Sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM and sales tools

• Willingness to learn and adapt to IndiaMART sales processes and SOPs
