Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and professionals regarding IT and BIM courses.
Understand students’ career goals and guide them toward suitable programs.
Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
Follow up with potential students to ensure conversions.
Generate new leads through networking, references, and promotional activities.
Maintain admission records and coordinate with the academic team.
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and marketing events.
Requirements:
Experience: 4–5 years in education counseling or admissions (preferably IT / training institute background).
Skills: Excellent communication, convincing ability, and student-handling skills.
Knowledge of: IT and BIM programs (added advantage).
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet admission targets.
