Position: HR Recruiter – Overseas Hiring
Location: Mumbai

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter specializing in overseas hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end international recruitment processes, source and screen candidates for global roles, coordinate with overseas clients, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for international job openings across various industries.

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain communication with overseas clients and understand their hiring needs.

• Handle documentation and visa processing support, if required.

• Build and maintain a database of international candidates.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with international labor markets and visa processes is a plus.
