Job Description
• The candidate should be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Should be able to meet monthly sales targets (through various channels available)
• Candidate should be able to operate on field as well as home branch
• Should be open to work on Sunday’s (compensatory leave would be granted if working on weekly or public holiday’s)
• He / She should be enthusiastic to learn and grow within the organisation. Efforts would be incentivised on a monthly basis additionally
• Candidate should be willing to travel to other cities if a customer appointment needs to be addressed
