JD – Corporate Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive – Corporate Sales to pitch our luxury resort as the perfect destination for corporate retreats, team offsites, training programs, and executive getaways. You will play a key role in identifying potential corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target HR, Admin, and L&D teams of corporates for offsite retreats, wellness programs, and leadership events
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of corporate clients and event planners
Prepare customized presentations and proposals aligned with client requirements
Conduct site visits, virtual tours, and property walkthroughs for prospective clients
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with the operations and hospitality team to ensure client expectations are met
Represent the resort at B2B networking events, trade shows, and corporate exhibitions
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and conversions in the CRM
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Existing network of HR/Admin professionals in corporates is a strong plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
