We're looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our Mumbai-based office and help connect people to the rejuvenating experiences we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients.

• Promote packages, retreats, and offers of Antaraal Resort & Spa.

• Maintain a daily call log and follow-up record.

• Respond to basic queries about the resort’s services and offerings.

• Schedule appointments or calls with senior staff for more detailed inquiries.

• Collect and update customer information accurately.

• Assist in maintaining a client database (CRM or Excel-based).

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.).

• Friendly and persuasive manner.

• Professional and punctual.

Working Hours:

• Flexible part-time: 5 days a week (exact timings can be discussed).
