With over 15 years of industry expertise, we are expanding globally and seeking a passionate International Lead Generation Executive to help us build strong business relationships with international wholesalers, retailers, and boutiques.


🎯 Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International Lead Generation Executive who can identify potential B2B clients globally, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term customers. The ideal candidate must understand international markets, have a flair for communication, and be passionate about ethnic fashion.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential international clients (wholesalers, boutiques, distributors) through LinkedIn, B2B portals, social media, and trade databases.

  • Initiate contact via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social channels.

  • Pitch Red Sparrow's product range with a strong understanding of fabrics, fashion trends, and value proposition.

  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and build a steady sales pipeline.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups via CRM or Excel.

  • Work with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.

  • Handle queries, share product catalogs, and coordinate sample or trial orders.

  • Follow up persistently and convert prospects into long-term B2B customers.

  • Provide market insights and feedback for continuous product improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in textiles, fashion, or export.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Alibaba, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and international trade practices.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Basic knowledge of Indian ethnic wear (sarees, suits, lehengas) is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
