Office Boy

Job Summary:

The Office Boy will provide general support services in the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role includes serving staff/visitors, maintaining cleanliness, assisting in basic office tasks, and supporting the team with errands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, furniture, and equipment.

• Handle files, documents, and papers as directed by staff.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and other small clerical work.

• Deposit or collect documents, parcels, and cheques from banks or clients when required.

• Ensure availability of office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.).

• Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging seating.

• Support administrative staff in day-to-day office activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th Pass.

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness.

• Ability to handle tasks responsibly and punctually.

• Polite, disciplined, and cooperative attitude.

• Willingness to learn and assist in office-related tasks.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time

• Timings - 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary as per company norms.

• Overtime allowance (if applicable).

• Uniform only T-shirt and cap provided
