Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Assistant to join our team at Urban Maya. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to FMCG. The role offers ₹ 17,500 - ₹ 22,500 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
