Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies for our LED lighting solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, expanding market presence, and supporting sales teams with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and marketing material.

• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.

• Experience: 3–6 years in marketing & sales, preferably in LED lighting, electrical, or related industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales/marketing targets.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and B2B sales will be an added advantage.
