Sales Executive

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter cum Admission Counselor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Identify and source qualified candidates for our international job requirements.

● Pitch services to individual customers via calls, digital platforms etc.

● Convert daily leads into successful closures

● Follow up aggressively with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion

● Handle objections and rejections confidently

● Record customer information and sales data accurately

● Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires .

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Should be Self-motivated and proactive.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office)

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Salary: 25K to 40K per month + incentives

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi, 110044.
