Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp and proactive HR Executive with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in human resources. The candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and be capable of handling employee-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day HR operations
Handling employee management and maintaining employee records
Preparing and managing salary slips
Assisting in payroll coordination
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Addressing employee queries and maintaining workplace discipline
Ensuring compliance with company policies
