Installation & Commissioning: Setting up new equipment and ensuring it meets technical standards upon arrival.
Preventive Maintenance: Conducting scheduled inspections, calibrations, and repairs to prevent equipment failure.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnosing technical issues on-site and implementing repairs on mechanical, electrical, or software components

Customer Support & Training: Providing technical guidance to users, answering questions, and demonstrating proper equipment operation.
Documentation & Reporting: Creating detailed service reports, maintaining records of maintenance, and managing spare parts inventory.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict safety regulations and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Typical Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or a related technical field.
Experience: Generally 2–5+ years in field service, technical support, or a relevant industrial, medical, or IT role.
Skills: Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with hand tools/diagnostic software, and excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
