Compensation & Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirement:

● Minimum: Graduate in Design, Animation, Media Studies, or related field

● Preferred: Candidates with relevant certifications in motion graphics

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, websites, and apps

● Collaborate with designers, marketing, and development teams for multimedia content

● Animate UI elements and transitions for web & mobile applications

● Edit and enhance video content with professional effects and sound integration

● Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs

● Manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines

Skills Required:

● Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

● Strong understanding of motion design principles, 2D/3D animation, and video

editing

● Creative problem-solving and storytelling ability

● Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics

● Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setup

● Knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender (added advantage)
