Responsibilties:
Handle inbound/outbound calls with doctors, chemists, hospitals, and distributors
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or digital platforms
Share product details including composition, dosage, pricing, and benefits
Process orders via email, WhatsApp, or CRM systems
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery
Track order status and proactively update clients
Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and client interactions
Ensure documentation aligns with pharma regulations (batch numbers, expiry dates, etc.)
Update CRM with daily call logs, lead status, and order details
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
Distribute promotional materials, samples, and digital brochures
Upsell/cross-sell complementary pharma products
