We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Admissions Sales Representatives in a fully remote role. This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non sales backgrounds looking to build a career in sales. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position— we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.
You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow ups to help guide prospects through our admissions process.
This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Compensation & Training :  Training Period: 45 days (online)
 Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR
 Post-Training: Upon successful completion
 Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month

Responsibilities :
 Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital so urces.
 Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision makers to understand their needs.
 Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
 Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
