Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The intern will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT and Non-IT roles. This is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Skills & Requirements:
Any graduate / pursuing graduation (HR background preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of recruitment or willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Laptop and stable internet connection required
