1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, cabins, meeting rooms & washrooms

• Ensure dusting, mopping and proper hygiene on a daily basis

• Keep office furniture, equipment and common areas neat and organized

2. Pantry & Hospitality Support

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Maintain pantry cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Monitor pantry supplies and inform admin for refilling

3. Administrative & Office Support

• Assist staff in day-to-day office work as assigned

• Handle movement of files, documents and office stationery

• Arrange documents properly in files and racks

4. Office Equipment Handling

• Operate basic office equipment such as photocopier, printer and scanner

• Report any malfunction or requirement of repair to the admin team

5. Courier & Dispatch Work

• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers

• Maintain courier register and ensure timely dispatch

• Assist in bank work, bill payments and other outdoor office tasks when required

6. Office Opening & Closing

• Open office on time and ensure readiness before staff arrival

• Switch off lights, fans, ACs and lock office properly after working hours

7. Visitor & Support Assistance

• Greet visitors politely and guide them to concerned staff

• Support meeting room setup when required

8. Compliance & Discipline

• Follow office rules, safety norms and instructions given by seniors

• Maintain punctuality, honesty and professional behavior

9. Miscellaneous Support

• Assist during office events, meetings and inspections

• Perform any other task assigned by management related to office operations
