Royal Goldfieldd Residences is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Sales Telecaller Executives to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with potential buyers through outbound calls, sharing details about our real estate projects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Royal Goldfieldd Residences projects.
Explain property features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM systems.
Follow up consistently to nurture interest and build relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and MS Excel.
Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales is preferred.
Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and goal-oriented mindset.
Work Details:
· Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
· Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
· Weekly Off: Sunday
