Role Overview:
-We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Noida team.
-This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers who are passionate about education and eager to begin a career insales and customer engagement.
-You will play a key role in expanding Unacademy’s user base by connecting with potential learners and helping them choose the right educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate leads through calls, referrals, and social media outreach.
-Connect with potential learners and clearly explain course offerings and value propositions.
-Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments.
-Achieve daily and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for learners.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduation is mandatory).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
-Basic understanding of the EdTech domain is a plus.
