Job Title: Equity Dealer
Experience: 1–6 Years
Education: NISM Certified (Series VIII – Cash & Derivatives)
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in daily morning strategy meetings to stay informed on market developments.
Advise clients on their equity portfolios and help generate brokerage revenue.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement.
Stay updated with market trends and news to guide clients effectively.
Ensure all activities adhere to company compliance and risk management policies.
Monitor clients’ positions and make regular follow-up calls as per their profile and preferences.
Accurately execute client orders and maintain high standards of service.
Communicate technical and fundamental research calls to clients.
Conduct periodic portfolio review meetings with clients.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of Equity and Capital Markets.
Basic knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds and Derivatives.
Excellent communication and client-servicing skills.
Proficiency in trading platforms and order execution systems.
Valid NISM Certification (Series VIII) is mandatory.
Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven with a passion for financial markets.
