Position: Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)
Location: Entire Odisha (multiple positions)
Qualification:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG Food Sector (preferred).
Preferred Background: Candidates currently or previously associated with reputed FMCG organizations
Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (in-hand)
Negotiation is open for deserving candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
2. Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distribution and retail network management.
3. Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors/stockists to ensure proper market coverage.
4. Ensure visibility, availability, and merchandising of products in retail outlets.
5. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and prepare market intelligence reports.
6. Implement trade schemes and ensure proper utilization.
7. Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer/distributor relationships.
8. Manage collection, credit control, and ensure smooth business operations.
9. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
