DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
For Patient Care
1. Admission including security deposit
2. Registering Patient Admission in VCAN HAH Sub System explaining the rules of staying at HAH and signing off the consent form
3. Distribution of Room Kit, Kitchen Kit, School Kit, Hygiene Kit, Medicine Storage Box, in the absence of Patient Navigator
4. Distribution of Weekly Ration
5. Monitor the health and Virtual Rounds
6. Do the screening of patients and Caregivers, And Maintain Pulse Oximeter
7. Arranging the Transport to and from Hospital
8. Managing any Emergency of Patient
9. Introduction to all staff and assistants.
10. Implement the organizational policy and to deal with the unacceptable behaviour (e.g. Drinking, Drugs, Violence, Sexual Harassment, Full/Partial Nudity, Abuse (Mental & Physical), Fighting & Shouting, Communal Violence, Gossip and Malicious Talk, Aggression)
11. Keep a close watch on kids health
For Administration
1. Maintain the keys of the floors.
2. Inventory of Stock register verification.
3. Stationary records and inventory.
4. Floor based details including construction, plumbing, computing and electrical issues.
5. Assets records and present condition and ensuring replacement of assets
6. Utilities and periodic billing cycle.
7. Operating genset and other such devices inside the HAH premises.
8. Checking the gadgets water, cooler and fridge and their AMC
9. Reporting ISSUES RELATED TO SECURITY CAMERAS OR ANY OTHER SECURITY ISSUES
10. Receiving phone calls and proper communication.
11. Ensuring Repair and Maintenance at the HAH and Implementing the annual maintenance cycle (e.g. Sewage system, geysers, Room Heaters, coolers, drain pipes, white wash, etc.)
12. All documents and registers in his procession.
13. Any other information which is critical to supervise the office premises.
14. Taking Care of Laundry Operations
15. Submit bills properly and timely to accounts department to get reimbursement of impress amount
16. Assign weekly monitors duties to parents
Staff, Volunteer and Donor of HAH
1. Maintain contact detail of all staff.
2. Monitor Attendance and roster and Make sure all staff members like cleaner , teacher , psychologist, dietitian , patient navigators , cook , discharge their duties properly
3. Maintaining donor relations and donation in Kind (specially for Rations) and Donor Visits
4. Monitoring Volunteer engagement and visits
5. Collect weekly PHPF from parents
Handling Emergencies
1. Dealing with Fire Safety, , Flooding, Earthquake
2. Dealing with Water Crisis
3. Dealing with infectious disease outbreak
4. Dealing with Medical Emergencies
