Sales Execution: Proactively close sales through various methods such as cold calling, product presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Strategy Development: Research the market and develop creative sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Reporting: Regularly track and report performance metrics, sales activities, and customer feedback to management.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly in the building materials or wooden products sector (laminates, mica, flush doors, plywood, etc.) is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
