Job Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in IoT, Telematics, GPS tracking, Dashcams, and Sensor-based solutions. The role focuses on driving business growth across logistics, transportation, pharma, food, cold chain, and e-commerce sectors through consultative B2B & B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sell IoT, GPS tracking, Telematics, Dashcams, and Cold Chain Monitoring solutions
Promote temperature, humidity, door, fuel, and real-time alert sensors
Generate leads, conduct product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Build relationships with fleet owners, logistics firms, pharma distributors, and cold storage operators
Deliver live demos of GPS platforms, dashcams, and sensor dashboards
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for customized solutions
Execute sales & marketing initiatives to improve market presence
Manage tender participation and vendor management for products
Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
Attend client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows
Understanding of field based problems with fleet management and be able to provide solution in real time.
Must-Have Skills
2–3 years of sales experience in IoT / Telematics / GPS solutions
Strong understanding of:
Fleet management & GPS tracking systems
Dashcams & video telematics
IoT sensors (temperature, humidity, door, fuel, cold chain)
Proven B2B &B2C sales performance
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business terms
Relevant Experience Industry
Experience in logistics, transportation, pharma, food, or cold chain domains
Exposure to SaaS / subscription-based models and AMC contracts
Digital marketing knowledge (email, WhatsApp, social media campaigns)
Channel partner or distributor management experience
Familiarity with AIS-140 or compliance-driven projects
