Job Title: Relationship Officer – MSME / LAP / Housing Loan

Job Summary:
Responsible for direct market sourcing of secured loan customers (MSME / LAP / Housing Loan), handling documentation, portfolio monitoring, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct sourcing of MSME / LAP / Housing Loan customers
• Explain product details and complete loan documentation
• Conduct customer visits and monitor loan portfolio
• Maintain credit discipline and ensure zero default recovery
• Follow bank policies and submit timely reports

Eligibility & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year experience in MSME / LAP / Housing Loan (secured loans only)
• Mandatory exposure to Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP / Affordable HL
• Graduation (any stream)
• Age: Up to 30 years
• CIBIL Score: Minimum 700
• Employment gap (if any): Not more than 4 months
• Must be ready to join on similar CTC
