Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Etsy Executive to manage and grow our online store on Etsy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Etsy shop, ensuring smooth functioning and timely updates.

• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings — titles, descriptions, tags, attributes, and images.

• Conduct keyword research to improve search ranking and product visibility.

• Manage Etsy Ads campaigns, track performance, and optimize for better ROI.

• Respond to buyer inquiries, feedback, and reviews in a courteous and timely manner.

• Coordinate with the production, packaging, and logistics team for smooth dispatch of orders.

• Monitor shop analytics, conversion rates, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, coupons, and sales events to increase engagement.

• Ensure compliance with Etsy’s guidelines and shop policies.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Etsy Seller Dashboard.

• Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO and keyword tools (e.g., eRank).

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 2 year (Preferred) in Etsy e-commerce operations.
