Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and prepare detailed reports.

Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance.

Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop ad creatives.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and platforms' algorithm changes.

Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and digital analytics.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.

Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or CRM tools is advantageous.
