We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across tech, blockchain, and digital services
Build and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable)
Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and messaging
Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making
Represent Metablock Technologies at industry events and client meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role (1–3 years minimum)
Experience in tech, software, or IT services industry preferred
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
Experience selling blockchain or enterprise software solutions
Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends
