Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tech sales—particularly in blockchain, digital platforms, and custom software development—and a passion for building client relationships that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue across blockchain, SaaS, digital marketing, and software services.

• Identify and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

• Build strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients to understand their technology needs.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align offerings with market demand.

• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches and positioning.

• Represent Metablock at conferences, webinars, and networking events to promote brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in a digital/IT services company.

• Strong understanding of blockchain, mobile/web development, or SaaS ecosystems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
