We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads

• Present and promote Metablock’s tech services to prospective customers

• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions

• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in sales (IT or software sales preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of IT services and digital technologies

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

• Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Understanding of blockchain, mobile apps, or digital marketing services
