Immediate Hiring – US Voice & Chat Process (Customer Care Executive)
Location: Mohali
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹20,100 CTC + ₹3,000 Night Allowance + Attractive Incentives
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US process.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
Meet daily call quality and productivity targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Follow company guidelines and call scripts when handling different topics.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Educational Qualification:
Technical Domain: Graduates (Passing Year: Current Year – Last 3 Years)
Non-Technical Domain: Graduates (Passing Year: Current Year – Last 5 Years)
Must have all semester DMCs (Detailed Marks Certificates).
Experience in US Voice Process / BPO preferred, freshers are welcome.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
