We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking follow-ups from clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and processing customer orders efficiently.
Follow up with clients regarding ongoing and pending requirements.
Make outbound calls to take customer orders and confirm details.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and client communications.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when needed.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Other local languages].
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and handle calls professionally.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
