Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Billing and Data Entry team as a Medical Biller.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited experience who are eager to begin a career in healthcare administration and medical billing.
As a Medical Biller, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing operations by entering patient information, verifying insurance details, and processing medical claims. You’ll gain valuable exposure to medical billing, coding, and insurance claims management while working in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
Data Entry: Accurately input patient demographics, insurance details, medical codes, and billing data into healthcare management systems.
Claim Preparation: Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, ensuring timely submission with all necessary documentation.
Verification: Confirm that patient and insurance information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Record Review: Assist in reviewing medical records and applying the correct billing codes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Claim Monitoring: Track claim status, follow up on rejections or denials, and assist in resolving discrepancies to ensure prompt payments.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of privacy and data security in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Communication: Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and patients to address billing-related inquiries.
Training & Growth: Participate in ongoing training to learn medical billing codes, industry best practices, and billing software tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with MS Office is an advantage.
