अकाउंट्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at H S DHINGRA & COMPANY, Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and audit documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records, journal entries, and general ledger.

• Prepare, review, and file GST and TDS returns in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile GST input/output and TDS ledgers with books of accounts and government portals

• Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions and maintain organized accounting documentation.

• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely settlements.

• Communicate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and document submission.

• Support senior team members in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial reports.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling client financial information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

  • Working knowledge of GSTN, Income Tax, and TDS portals.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
