Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Professional Lights Segment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys field-based challenges and is eager to build a career in the high-growth professional lighting industry.

✔ Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Identify and reach out to potential B2B & B2C clients, including architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, contractors, builders, end client.

• Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate our range of professional lighting solutions tailored for commercial, industrial, outdoor & indoor projects.

• Lead Generation: Conduct market research and cold calls to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients and handle after-sales support.

• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

• Marketing Activities: Assist in local marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches within the professional segment.

✔ Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male candidates only (due to the nature of field travel).

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. We value attitude and learning agility over years of experience.

• Mobility: Must possess a functional two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.

• Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Communication: Excellent verbal, writing and negotiation skills.

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Technical or Marketing background is a plus).

• Salary Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (Fixed).
