Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Panchkula
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting To: Accounts Head / Manager

Salary: 15 To 20 K

Qualification : Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with strong knowledge of Tally and computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting in preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.

·         Handle accounts payable and receivable.

·         Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and bills.

·         Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

·         Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

·         Prepare monthly reports, ledgers, and other financial data as required.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

·         Coordinate with auditors and other departments for accounting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.

·         Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

·         Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

·         Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
