Job Description

An Associate Graphic Designer supports senior designers by creating visual assets for digital/print media, executing design tasks (layouts, images), preparing files, and collaborating on projects, requiring Adobe Creative Suite skills, a strong portfolio, understanding of branding/marketing, and good time management to produce marketing materials, social graphics, and web visuals under guidance.
Responsibilities:
Design Execution: Create and revise graphics for social media, websites, emails, print, and presentations.
Collaboration: Work with art directors, marketing teams, and senior designers to meet project goals.
Asset Preparation: Format files for web and print, including photo editing, image manipulation, and creating digital mock-ups.
Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming, research design trends, and contribute new ideas.
File Management: Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Portfolio: Strong, demonstrable design skills.
Technical Skills: Typography, color theory, layout, photo editing, digital/print production.
Soft Skills: Creativity, teamwork, communication, time management, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
Common Projects:
Social media posts, digital ads, email banners.
